My future sewing room

We're building a new duplex townhouse on the property. One of the bedrooms will be my new sewing room.

The Sewing Station
Opted for the L shape. The larger table will hold the sewing machines. The smaller table will hold my laptop computer. I will place a corner bookcase on top of the table where they meet.

The Cutting Station
A challenge until I found the Sullivan cutting table ($99). This table folds from 13" to 37" to 60" which gives me a large space. It's on casters so I can move it to the center of the room to provide 4 sided access, which (according to my sewing friends) is a necessary luxury.

The Ironing Station
The Sullivan hobby table has a gridded ironing pad for large projects. It's hard to pin on so I think I'll cover the pad with wool and make a tailors ironing board. Since I have a bit more room I could place a full size ironing board on the wall and make use of a countertop ironing board.

Storage
The Closetmaid 9 cube organizer and Closetmaid 6 cube organizer will house current projects, books and what-nots. The pegboard wall will hold rulers, scissors and other cutting items. The 4'x2' closet will have shelves and house fabric, trim, notions, etc.

More TV Goodness

Truly Victorian patterns, that is.

I've finalized the outfit from TV's Early Bustle Catalog (1869-1876) with these skirts:

TV201 1870s Underskirt
TV303 1872 Side Drape Overskirt

Since this event is for three days, I would like to have two more looks.
The first could be an underbust corset with a lace shirt.
The second could be a scientist smock complete with goggles.

Yeah, I feel another bout of sewing anxiety coming on.
